FOXI BIZ Terms of Service
The present terms of service are a public offer containing terms of the contract for rendering and using the service.
1. Function of the FOXI BIZ service:
1.1 FOXI BIZ provides website hosting service for websites functioning on FOXI BIZ (http://foxibiz.com/) on free and paid basis.
1.2 The service is provided with no time limits as long as the user follows the present terms of service and there is a physical capability to provide the server and the service. In any case the administration reserves the right to delete any website to change the terms of service for any website.
1.3 The number of registrations per one person (and per one e-mail) is unlimited. But it is prohibited to create more than 1 account (website) a day with our free domains.
2. Posted content.
2.1 If you haven't posted any content within 30 days and there were no visitors within this time your account may be deleted (concerns websites on free basis).
2.2 It is prohibited to use accounts as a personal file archives.
2.3 It is prohibited to use our service for creating so-called doorways, redirecting websites and other forms of search engine spam.
2.4 User is responsible for all content posted on his/her website and also for information posted by third parties.
2.5 It is prohibited to post any information that contradicts the laws of USA and European Union (porn, warez, drugs).
3. Other regulations:
3.1 It is prohibited to use any kind of spam whether it is spam sent from our servers or from other services to promote websites located on our servers. It is prohibited to promote your website by sending spam to forums, guestbooks, blogs, icq users, chats, advertising your website through CAP and other systmes for cheating counters and generating stray traffic.
3.2 It is forbidden to create a large number of free subdomains *.foxibiz.com for resale (cybersquatting) and keep them without any content.
3.3 You agree that websites working on free basis will have our advertising on all pages (banners and contextual ads, and also a text link.) It is prohibited to prevent search engines from indexing our links and also prevent the display of our advertising (hidding it by using CSS style or JS scripts).3.4 FOXI BIZ reserves the right to use extra adsertising for its own interests (in the form of text links, banner ads, contextual advertising) provided that your advertising material doesn't contradict the rules of paragraph 2.5
3.5 FOXI BIZ keeps and uses some personal data for security and statistics purposes: cookies, ip and user agent (of the website administrator) as well as the date and the time of access. To safeguared your personal information from loss, therf and misuse as well as to prevent unauthorized access, discloser, alteration and distruction of your data FOXI BIZ takes precautions including administrative, technical and physical measures.
In accordance with the law, court order and/or based on requests from government agencies within or outside your country of residence FOXI BIZ has the right to disclose your personal information.
4. Disclaimer:
FOXI BIZ is not responsible for any kind of missed benifits and for any losses incurred as a result of failure or unavailability of your account due to any reasons,whether it is the fault of FOXI BIZ, or due to malicious actions of third parties or due to suspension of your account. FOXI BIZ is not responsible for the security of your data and e-mail messages.
5. Termination of Services:
FOXI BIZ reserves the right to refuse service or terminate any services provided to any user at our own discretion. If you violate any part of the present terms of service, FOXI BIZ has the right to deny access to all services or to part of the services without any notice. FOXI BIZ reserves the right to prohibit the publication of certain materials, which, according to FOXI BIZ, are unacceptable, undesirable or in violation of these rules.
